My name is Josh Ratner and I am an Estate Manager in Washington DC. I founded Peak Bloom in 2020 after noticing a need for flexible premium house management and personal assistant services in Cleveland Park. Since then I have had the privilege of supporting extraordinary families across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. I live in Cleveland Park with my fiancée Saniya and our dogs, Dougal and Figaro.
